Triple glazing in all rooms
Exterior insulation of the hotel facades and roof insulation
DAIKIN reversible air conditioning/heating system with a computer manager allowing for automated shutdowns upon guest departure
Presence detectors installed throughout the hotel
Space available for electric vehicles

Greater attention is paid to room cleaning. Ozone machines are used for cleaning and disinfection of rooms

Water fountains in common areas
Large common areas with an outdoor terrace overlooking the green spaces, providing natural ventilation throughout the day, supplemented if necessary by the air conditioning/heating system
The products used for room maintenance are all eco-labeled, which provides better air quality and reduces health risks

Large, enclosed main trash room outside the hotel with a bottom drain and a cleaning system with containers for waste sorting. A second waste collection point is located next to the outdoor kitchens.
